Came into Numo to get acupuncture for the first time to address back spasms and pain I had recently. Worked with Guillermo for the first session and he did a great job answering questions I had and made me feel more at ease. With the addition of cupping, I left feeling more relaxed and slightly sore as I felt some muscles that weren't activating as much before starting to activate. My second session was with Melanie and after explaining the lower back pain I had, she assessed my condition and worked on different points than I did my first session. She was very welcoming and I could tell she was very knowledgeable when she was putting in the needles and talking through some of them. The pain I had was still present, but I could feel it was improved when she had me rotate my hips to check afterwards. I also got a massage with Chuck and I definitely felt a lot of relief from all the tightness I was holding in my body. He was able to address the problem areas that I had in a way that I feel like my muscles really needed and explained and guided me through breathing through the releasing of specific deep tissue. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience so far and I will definitely be back!

   Highly recommend Numo Acupuncture for any ailments you have. Chuck is an excellent massage therapist for any muscle/tendon issues. My muscles feel refreshed after each treatment and he's very approachable. Melanie is outstanding at cupping/acupuncture treatments. I've gone to her numerous times for muscle maintenance and also feel refreshed after treatments. She's very knowledgeable and attentive.

   I've only come here for acupuncture, but I recommend it. I've worked with both Victoria and Guillermo recently and they were both kind and very professional. I come in with lots of pain and I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I like that the office is clean also.

   This review is for Guillermo. As I get older, it feels like each week brings a new ache or ailment, one week it's my knees, the next it's eye strain, then my back, and it goes on. Whenever I see Guillermo, I leave feeling like I'm 30 again. He is incredibly experienced and truly gifted at acupuncture. Not only is he skilled, but he is also a caring person who really knows what he's doing. His treatments are both effective and comforting, and I always feel renewed afterward. Guillermo is amazing and will take his time to make your healing experience comfortable and of the best care.    I received cupping and acupuncture from Melanie today and she was very professional and helped me balance my body and energy. I came in with an old knee injury that has put my back out of alignment. Melanie was quick to identify the issues as well as give me a full body assessment. She was thorough and taught me ways to maintain and advance my health and overall wellness. Highly recommend Melanie, she is extremely caring and compassionate- everything you want in a physician.

   I went to Numo to get a sports medicine massage from Chuck Lee. He is absolutely incredible. Extremely knowledgeable of the body and listens to you very actively. I am injured from training Ju Jitsu and he really loosened me up. I highly recommend him to any athletes out there who are dealing with sports injuries!

   My 5 year old boy came here with a swollen painful knee. His doctor told us that it's transient synovitis. Faye treated him with moxi and acupuncture. With just 1 treatment, he was no longer limping the next day. We did another treatment a few days later and now he's completely back to normal. I'm so happy with the quick results! In addition, my mom was treated here a few months back for her shoulder pain and it brought great relief as well. So grateful for a more holistic approach!

   I went to Numo acupuncture for my shoulder pain that I had for around 4 years. I used to do PT, but still, the pain was there. But Melissa was able to understand the pain and was able to help alleviate my pain with acupuncture and cupping. She also did a good work with Guasha for my ankle. What surprised me was that she found out an issue that I had not disclosed to her when she was doing acupuncture. She is really good and I recommend her if you're looking for quality care...

   I was desperate when I came to Victoria in the beginning of January, she gave me a lot of great recommendations, and doing acupuncture with her have improved my state significantly. Even though my condition is chronic, and lasted for years without improvement she was able to get me in much better state. I didn't interact with the rest of the Numo Acupuncture staff, but everyone is welcoming and friendly there. I'm generally very anxious person, coming to this place feels comfortable.
